This garment is very special to me because it’s the first piece I ever made entirely from scratch. I used a shirt pattern and cut up each fabric piece to fit into it and then sewed them all together in a quilt form. I also hand embroidered on the patches in the front. I love how the front is mainly monochromatic and dark and then you turn to the back and there’s a bright pop of color.
